Photo: Organizing Committee<\/em><\/p>\n Specifically, the Opening Ceremony of the 24th Vietnam Film Festival will commence at 20:00 on November 21, on the premises of the Reunification Hall, No. 135 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, Ben Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.<\/p>\n The event is organized by the Cinema Department (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) in coordination with the Department of Culture and Sports and the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, marking the beginning of a series of cinematic activities lasting from November 21 to November 25.<\/p>\n The ceremony gathers artists, directors, producers, and actors from numerous units.
