The exhibition “Echoes of the Great Spring Victory of 1975 in Cinema” is one of the highlight events commemorating the 50th Anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification.

Approximately 300 valuable photographs, excerpted from the film archive of the Vietnam Film Institute, vividly recreate historic milestones ranging from the Tet Offensive of 1968 to the Ho Chi Minh Campaign – the Great Spring Victory of 1975. The exhibition also portrays the vibrant, modern rhythm of life in Saigon – Ho Chi Minh City before and after reunification.

“The exhibition is held on Nguyễn Huệ Walking Street – a symbolic cultural space in a dynamic and modern city, with the hope of powerfully spreading the patriotic spirit, the indomitable beauty of the Vietnamese people, and the profound cultural–historical values to both locals and international visitors,” Ms. Nguyễn Thị Thúy Hà expressed.
